Wow Finally done it. I went to R world, saw its port (COM3) from the Communications tab , and made the same in my LG Configuration. But i had tried with COM3 earlier also.... but it worked 2day only. But i have 2 queries My Motherboard (MB) has 4 USB ports behind and 2 in front. I understand technically there are only 4 in my MB , the 2 in front run parallel to 2 behind. But since some devices like my PDA have problem running in parallel , how do i find which 2 ports are not in parallel behind with the front ones. 2) My XP wants to install the drivers again and again each time i reconnect from my PC my WebCam , LG USB to serial . Though i dont need to give it the directory of the drivers. but why does it run the install new hardware wizard again , with non - signed driver alert. Thanks

Hi All I used to sync my LG2130 with my old PC. But then i upgraded my new PC to XP service pack 2 (the very latest) and my 2130 to s/w version release 14. I downloaded the latest LG desktop from Reliance url last week. Now i tried to sync , but it does not work. It gives error - unable to connect to the phone. But the R-connect works fine with the same cable. (USB Local ) Please advice , as what cannbe the problem , and how to pinpoint it.

But how to do it with my Cable Internet and R connect. Cable connction is LAN based abd Reliance is modem based....

Dear All I have a normal USB data cable , but now i want a charging data cable ? Is there a good solution ? Pls advice , if i need to buy a new cable?

It just fails the operation , instead of asking the security code. As i result i have to disable the security code. In 2030 there was no such issue

Hi All I noticed , before Synchronizing data with PC , the 2130 re-boots for some reason. And if you enable power on security no. check , it simple fails to synchronize . Amy suggestions to enable security no. check and also synchronize with PC ?

I am in bangalore. like the number is 01131012345. I have saved it so many times. but by next morning , it looses its association. It says 'NO NAME' On resaving the number , it again works only for a few hours. Or may be its another incoming call from that no. that makes it loose the association. BTW : on checking the association , it looks exactly the same. God know what is wrong. as i said i have deleted all association and tried again. tell me what more info do u want. ?

I have 2130. When i receive a STD reliance call and save the number in address book , it is saved. The Call history shows the associated name. but after 2-6 hours , it starts showing the number as a new number without any name. I have saved many times as mobile / office , but it works fine only for 2-6 hours and then looses association. I have tried using keeping only 1 entry & multiple entries in address book. This happens only with a particular number which is reliance number and is STD for me. I am sick of LG models not able to associate names with numbers because of left side numbers ( 0091XXX , 0XXXX ) HELP

Hey Guys I just bought a 2130. I also got its software updated to ver 10. Can any one pls tell me if that is all what is required or do i have to ask LG servic to update R world separately ? Does upgrading software includes R world or is it different As such R world seams to be working fine in my set

Some more Drawbacks 1)Does not Ring & Vibrate 2gether. 2) Still has that problem of messing up names mapped to mumbers in incoming call 3) is bit slow.....its software...
