Not sure, I do not have any data plan / net connect plan on my GSM connection, All I have is GPRS activated which I use regularly thru my HTC phone (Postpaid) I want to browse Internet on my PC through my mobile phone connection, so can I do it without any Net connect plan? Cant I use Internet Sharing feature? I have tried using Internet sharing feature and I am able to access sites on phone, but on the PC it does not work. Please help

I dont know whats wrong with them, sent messages on Tring & Unsub CT atleast 15-20 times...but was not getting removed, The hieght was when they charged me 30 Rs/- CDMA is not a problem, there it happens in Minutes, even Prepaid GSM was not a pain. How can they by default put a caller tune on any number unless there are instructions from Customers. They kept saying I must have rcieved promotional call where I would have agreed for that tone, but I never recieved any such call, also I am DNC so how can they give me a promotional call?

I had put a request to get CUG activated between my GSM & CDMA Numbers since as of now there is no Onnet Pack available for GSM Postpaid. They have told me, this should be Activated within 72 hrs which is now over and as usual its still not activated. This should be done anytime now. I wil be charged Rs 50/- for this service.... In this 50 Rs, I can take minimum 3 numbers free...(CDMA +GSM)....Lets see whether this actually happens...

Buddy have been calling every day, after holding for 5-10 minutes they have one reply "System is under upgradation so call after half an hour" or they say "Nothing has been launched, when it will be launched we will inform you via relevant media" which never happens...

TRAI says MNP norms by August-end; asks operators to be ready 6 Aug 2009, 1813 hrs IST, PTI NEW DELHI: Telecom regulator TRAI today said the guidelines for mobile number portability are likely to be ready by August-end and asked operators to keep their networks ready to roll out the services quickly. "We will have an open-house on the porting charges on August 11. Within 2-3 weeks from then we will issue the final guidelines on MNP. The clearing house and operators should be ready with their network so that after announcement of the guidelines the service could be implemented," TRAI Member R N Prabhakar said on the sidelines of a conference here. Telecom Secretary Siddhartha Behura last month said that mobile number portability will come by the year-end. Mobile number portability (MNP) service allows subscribers switch to another service provider or from one technology to another while retaining their mobile number. The Department of Telecommunications had issued guidelines for MNP implementation in August last year. Earlier in March, DoT selected two US companies --- Syniverse and Telcordia --- as technology providers, called as clearing house, for the implementation. That is why, Take as many as Sims you can, And then you can give those Sims to your Relatives, Friends and all Family Members. Its maximum of 3 sims under 1 identity.....

They should not charge more then 10/-....though the MRP mentioned on the pack is 99/-

Hi Have seen all the posts at http://www.rimweb.in/forums/index.php?s=&a...ost&p=75668 However when i try to open Diego I face an error saying "Service Cable not found" Help me resolve this issue as I am feb up with the R-World option on the right soft key. Many times I have noticed that my phone is in the R-world menu. I am sure this is accidental. I want to remove this option. But I am not able to connetc through Diego. Kindly assist Techies.
