I dont keep a track of how many calls I make in a day and how many mins I use WAP on my 6265 phone; so I cant distinguish between different rates according to the unbilled info. So I am still not sure whether WAP usage is being charged or not!! When I log into my profile from the Reliance Infocomm website; there under unbilled info. there are two parts: Data usage and Voice usage. when I click on Voice unbilled usage I see the same amount as thru the R-World unbilled info. when i click on Data unbilled usage: is as under RConnect Data Exchange Unbilled Usage for Freedom / Freedom Plus Users only*: No details are currently available for your account. * For all others, Unbilled Usage will be 0 MB. # Unbilled Usage is as of yesterday for your current billing cycle. If at all they are charging for WAP, it has to come under Data unbilled usage; but there they r showing nothing.

when u say that they r going to charge us on basis of R-Connect charges; how wud they find out the mins for which we were using wap? Also, R-World is a wap site; so wud we be charges for using r-world also? Do charges also apply for using flurry mail? I spoke to Rel CC yesterday and also spoke to person in Netconnect dept. of Rel CC; they told me they are not charging anything, and it is included in R-World; i mean they consider it to be a part of R-World. But that person was not sounding confident; so we cant trust him. Also; King of Kalyan; are u really sure that these charges apply? i can understand if they wud charge on basis of kbs tranferred (that is what happens in hutch and airtel, etc); but how wud they maintain a record of mins of usage??????? I just checked out my unbilled usage right now. I had used WAP extensively on 29th OCT; and according to Unbilled info. I dont see any extra charges. I dont think I was charged for using WAP on that day!!

Hello Breaking News! Do u actually work for India TV? or Do u work for Reliance Infocomm? Your display name really suits you; you have given a really sad breaking news!!!!!!! BUT How can they find out : For how many mins we were using wap? WAP also includes R-World application and does it mean that surfing through R-World would also cost us!!!!!! I cant quite understand!!!! If at all they are charging us for wap usage, I think it could be on the basis of kbs transferred? How would they give us proof for mins usage? Please tell us about the source of ur information.

How can they charge us without informing???????? Someone pls confirm about this R-connect thing. I hope its not true!!!!!! Also I had been using WAP throughout the day.........I hope they r not charging!!!!!!

Congrats. Wap is Working again. But dont know for how long!!!!!!!! I had received a call from Reliance earlier this month and he said that WAP wud start very soon and in this month; I am happy that Reliance kept its promise.

Moto Razr CDMA is not as good as Moto Razr V3i. It does not support external memory card and it gives only about 30 mb of internal storage. I feel Nokia 6265 is better than Razr.

Can our 6265 handset be used with TATA? Can all TATA applications be installed in our phone if we migrate to TATA?

WAV is not supported on 6255/6265. Not sure about other nokia phones. The formats supported are: mp3, midi and amr. Are u sure that WAV files are not supported???? Some wav files do work on my phone

@ Khs123..... What is this Rs. 100 cr target for R-World? I have been facing a minor problem in my phone. In my phone certain files of .WAV format do not play. It says that the format is not supported. Some files of .WAV format work properly but some dont. Has anyone else also faced this problem? I transferred a .WAV file from my frnds phone (in his phone it worked properly), But in my phone it said that the format is not supported

Thnx a lot Basant. That ADAG tone is good. I ve heard that the company is soon going to release their official mp3 song (ringtone) like Airtel, Idea and Hutch. That would sound much better than this Midi tone. Anyways thnx very much.

GOOD NEWS! I had been sending repeated mails to Reliance Customer Care and Service Assurance Cell ever since the WAP facility has stopped. Today I got a call from Reliance, and the person told me that the company is going to start this WAP service very soon. I asked him when exactly are you going to start it? He said IN THIS MONTH. WAP service would start very soon (within this month). I asked him why did they stop this service? To this he said that the company is working on various Business Plans and Services. I also asked him that is WAP going to be a free service (as it used to be) or would you charge for this service now. He said he cannot give me any details at this point of time and just said that their company is working on various business plans. One thing is certain that there was no technical problem and that their customer care ppl lied to us. But lets hope that it starts very soon and hope that it is free. God Knows what their business plans are!!!!!!!
