is there no one to help me out here ..? im sure the problem is with the ruim configuration that has been done initially.. even sadik as usual just restrains from answering my calls . (dam he even knows that the phone has lost reception!! )..and its been 5 days now.. you all can know how hard daily becomes when your phone is not working... i just want to configure my phone back to ruimless mode... if anyone knows the procedure..

oh.!! i dint knew the condition of other utstarcom centres would be same as here in ahmedabad.. there is a huge rush everytime.. i will get a token number .. and i will have to wait for an hour or more (dats minimum) .. to get assisted.. I think, I had talked with this guy Puneet for purchasing a stylus.. he helped nicely to get it from my local utstar center .. (and i think it was because of him may be my local service center did some provisions for stylus).. or they would toh give me a blank face saying "we would contact you" but seriously.. utstar should look upon improving their service at centers other then metros..

Hey don't mind .. but are you a UTstarcom representative? If yea..i have worst cases that you ought to hear.. My chacha had d same phone.. his screen got broken (accidental) I visited the local utstarcom servcice centre (ahmedabad).. and they had LITERALLY no idea about the phone .. they gave back the phone saying "we will call you later when we get info".. and as predicted .. they never called me .. also the service over there s**ks to hell .. i wonder if utstarcom people keep a check on the centres where they are properly equiped to at least service the handsets.. i still have that broken cell with me..i use it as a paper weight.

Tested and working awsome.!! since a week my battery was'nt even lasting for 24 hours.. i needed to charge it 2-3 times a day.. and was almost gonna buy a new battery thinking mine is now dead.. luckily i found this post and tried the tweaks.. it has done wonders.!!..i can now almost run with a single charge for 2 days.!! I recommend this to everyone who have battery problems..

if its so... then rworld charges might have increased. Cause there is no other connection configuration for Rworld.

just search through the forum .. there is a complete procedure to set up NETconnect on ur phone .. and yea .. netconnect is by default activated for all phones

are you sure these tweaks wil work .. and won't do any harm..? . actually now im fearing playing anything with my phone.. cause it doesnt have any dam warranty..

i dont know why you moved back to hetal's rom .. wm6 is just awsome! ..i think the today screen part turns phone sluggish only because of "HTC home" .. remove it from today screen n the phone will be faster then any rom of wm5 ..

it is showing a false one in my phone too .. it showed the same even when i had wm5 ..may be cos I'm using verizon wala phone... who cares!! i know that no ones gonna go there n check weather i'm using my number or some other .. ) ..

who needs rworld on PPC ? when you get a fullto internet ...

I too have a display problem on my friend's PPC .. and display strip needs to be changed .. no issues .. i can buy it from ebay.com .. but wat after then ? im not used to open a PPC and replace a dsiplay strip .. :-(

I hope Sadik was informed about my concerns .. from last few days .. i am calling him almost every day ! but my hard luck..he is never free to talk to me.... even no reply to the misscalls.. now its nearly 2 months .. and I'm still waiting for my incomplete consignment .. :-(

Ok Guys ... for all there... waiting for the 7135 pics .. here are they ... at last ... i remembered that i had snapped some pix when i'd opened it.. I dont have all the detailed pics like Dr.Ashok had as before..but though .. it may help you.. The below is the phone .. as it will appear when you'll remove the battery Now, remove the outer back cover, by removing four screws situated at four corners .. and you'll have this Remove the first chip (the qualacomm chip) by removing 2 screws situated at the middle corners of the chip... inverting that first qualcomm chip, wou will see it like this.. now here, you have to do the resoldering stuff, for SRCP problem... The zoomed image of the above image, showing the exact chip .. which is to be re-soldered to cure SRCP issue While on the other side, you will see the PDA's chip .. you may clean it with the help of a tooth brush..this chip too can be removed further.. by removing the 2 screen connectors at the top and then gently removing it .. it may give problems at the first trial... but you need not do that, if you are having SRCP problem.. just clean it .. Thats the phone parts .. lying So.. when its all over .. fix everything back to its place... and you're done ... try it .. n tell me how did it go ? cheers, Niral!

I let it installed hetal's ROM in the begining ...at first start up.. but i dont see any issues for that ? what are the probable things to happen ?

Hey, i have installed all the softwares and everything which i was previously using... no issues/crashes till now .. so the only bugs are spb and wi-fi for me ..else ROM is perfect ! especially the themes that Helmi provided are great ! so waiting for Hetalbhai now ... for a ROM without even that bugs..

for me Wi-Fi too not working ..it tries to connect.. and then shows messege "Warning. cannot connect to the network. check your network and service provider settings and try again." :-(

folks,.... i have just upgraded to WM 6 !!! dam it .!! its really great .. the most different things are the skin and the speed ... havent yet checked other programs .. as new office n all and the only bug, i have experienced is when .. the qwert-keyboard is opened, the today screen doesnt get a scroll bar , i.e. you cannot access the bottom items on today screen wen its opened .. else evrything is perfect ... edit: spb launcher too not working
