  3. N958 China Mobile Dual Simcdma/gsm !

Yes now a days China mobiles comes with valid IMEI number, dont know how but they have valid IMEI numbers These cheap (NOT in RATE, BUT in QUALITY) CHINESE handsets are nowadays using non-allotted new IMEI numbers... So they are looking like VALID IMEI phones... These phones are not at all controlled by International bodies, like FCC, etc for even SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) rating verification... Further in CHINA, these phone manufacturing is like COTTAGE industry ... Or in simpler terms, these CHINESE people, just get cheap parts and assemble them and sell.... Then how do you think that, they got allotted IMEI numbers, The last check digit of the IMEI number provided by them may be correct for the previous digits.. But that doesnt means that those numbers are correct or (IMPORTANTLY) unique... (Means they may have one UNIQUE/VALID IMEI number for a batch or few hundred phones... For example, the phone purchased by you from TRIVANDRUM and by me in MADURAI may have same IMEI number... But how can we know that???? It is always better to avoid these crappy phones, even if they show valid IMEI numbers... BUT if you are too budget consious, go for it... Because, BAN on CHINESE phones (EVEN THOSE without IMEI) will not come. The deadline of Dec09 is a bloody joke... Our BAABUs are not concerned about security... The ban will be only possible, if only again terrorists attacked and killed few central BABU's.... (Please NOTE:-- NOT YOU or ME....) # In case of Mobile Handset with no IMEI number or invalid IMEI number, you will be required to either buy a new Mobile handset or go to any of the GII (Genuine IMEI Implant) outlets. # A GII Outlet can implant a valid IMEI number on the Mobile handset through software. # To find your nearest GII Service outlet Click here. or You can also send a SMS as GII < Space> < Postal Pin code of the area> to 52277 (Toll Free) For example: if the postal pin code of your area is "123456", SMS "GII 123456" to 52277. You will receive the address and contact details of the nearest GII Outlets through SMS. The charges for IMEI implantation are Rs.199 (Inclusive of Taxes). Style and value-conscious consumers now have another way to make a great impression - with the Nokia 2505 unveiled today. One of Nokia's sleekest fold-style phones for the CDMA market, the Nokia 2505 offers a unique smooth-back design that makes the phone as ergonomic to hold as it is to carry in pocket or purse. The Nokia 2505 is expected to be available in selected markets in Asia/Pacific, Middle East, Africa, China and Latin America during the 2nd quarter of 2007. In addition to the eye-pleasing exterior, the bright 65,536 color display helps to accentuate the end-user experience. Consumers can personalize their Nokia 2505 by using the pre-loaded ringtones and wallpapers or by downloading new ones. The Nokia 2505 meets practical needs as well with easy-to-use functions including text messaging, speaker phone, calendar, a personalized voice reminder and an alarm clock. 17. Sony Ericsson Cdma Walkman Series !

Buddy these are not CDMA handsets, its DOCOMO handsets which is similar like CDMA. But true even reliance can ask SE or MOTO to make particular handsets for us. U know what?? Reliance is planning to start manufacturing handsets in coming month or two. Hey dude you said exactly same thing which was goin on my mind since yrs... Reliance enters in every possible industry... so i knew from the day they 1st started a contest ( 2yrs BAck ) in which they questioned all users wat kind of handset they want and they also have a big R & D department... so its gr8 and obvious if reliance does it......if they can bid for vodafone.... the same can be use for manufacturing We dont want foriegn brands... enuff of it... Reliance Will do it... !!!!

  19. Sony Ericsson Cdma Walkman Series !

SoNy eRicSSoN W44s Super Flip BraVia CDMA PhoNe Sony Ericsson have announced a new mobile phone with an exotic looking super-flip form factor. Instead of opening vertically, like a traditional clamshell, the new Sony Ericsson W44S Bravia phone flips open on it side, revealing a huge screen that's perfect for viewing movies and mobile TV on. Mobile TV? Yup, this Sony Ericsson's got the lot. The specs for the W44S are pretty impressive (which is what you'd expect for a Japanese phone): one-seg digital TV broadcast reception digital radio reception CDMA EVDO felica electronic money 3" (240×432 16:9) wide screen with Bravia RealityMAXtechnology 3.2MP CMOS camera with AutoFocus dual 16mm diameter stereo speakers for 128voices polyphonic ringtone MS Pro Duo slot built in 115Mb flash Ironically, this has got me pretty annoyed! This is a superb mobile phone, and can clearly take on Nokia's latest N-Series multimedia computers, but Sony Ericsson have chosen to make it a Japanese-only model (destined for AU KDDI, if you're interested!). This means those of us outside of Japan have to put up with Sony Ericsson's less technologically-impressive mobile phones, which, although great mobile phones, don't come anywhere near what Nokia has planned with the Nokia N95. This presumably is part of Sony Ericsson's strategy - release stunning tour de force phones in its home Japanese market, while leaving other territories with good, but inferior, phones. This is a similar strategy that Samsung and LG follow, and it's fair enough to a degree, as the Japanese and Korean markets expect higher levels of technology than we do in the UK and elsewhere. But it's still annoying for those of us thirsting for a Sony Ericsson mobile TV phone that can take on Nokia at its game (and generally with better styling). However, this strategy leaves Nokia blazing the trail for top-end mobile phones, and risks demoting Sony Ericsson in the eyes of the consumer as a maker of good but not market-leading mobile phones. Although this strategy hasn't hurt Motorola yet (whose technology is seamingly years behind the others), Motorola struck lucky with the designer looks of the RAZR, and that's a fad that may be coming to an end (or at least being taken up by LG with the LG Chocolate and LG Shine ranges). Given that Sony Ericsson have traditionally been known for their high-end high-tech phones, this presumed change of focus may not be the best marketing strategy for the company. Which is just a long winded way of me saying "come on Sony Ericsson, we want more!"
  20. Sony Ericsson Cdma Walkman Series !

oNe MoRe.... !!!! Sony Ericsson creates a cell phone that looks good and is useful, but it does not look like a usual Sony Ericsson cell phone. The W43S looks more like a Samsung or a Nokia, incorporating a “Style-Up panel” that has 12 LEDs on the external to light and glow for incoming calls or messages and other functions. The Sony Ericsson W43S most vivid feature is its big cell phone internal screen, coming in at 2.7 inch (240 × 432) with 262K color TFT display. Using the CDMA 1X WIN technology, the W43S comes with a nice 2 MegaPixel camera that has a night mode, auto focus and digital zoom. To ensure a high quality picture, they have included a software called RealityMax. And to store the images, you can use the 42MB of internal memory or up to 4GB with the memory stick expansion, which is also good for the MP3 player. Before you buy the iPod, notice that the W43S can let you listen to music up to 24 hours. The W43S is available in as many as 16 shades with each offering different patterns with the style up panel.
