yup thats ur case but many of us dont need a broadband like u do! just for checkin mails and chat and stuff u probably need jst a 56k line for the kinda stuff u do on d net but we need a true broadband with no cappppsss! and i think im speaking for all those in this category! and this kinda ****tty plan is just a crap which for me is worse than a dialup
