    Ashok, I recently upgraded from Win98 to WinXP2003. Have used the RIM only for the mobile internet access all along and been using RConnect option without any hassles on the older OS. Now when I tried to install the drivers for my handset (LGRD2030) the RConnect Instl Wiz refuses to go beyond screen 2 (connecting your phone to your computer where the hardware wizard is supposed to get launched.) THe h/w wiz does not pop up. On manually invoking the wizard here on, nothing moves still. What am I missing? Could you please guide to the precise solution - too scared to go thru all the forums here to look for that.
