I'm a reliance datacard holder and I'm using it from 3rd My 2007 . ( Transfered the account fromanother person)
I'm receiving the error code 619 while connecting to internet , so i called customer care and they said the connection has been barred as my outstanding amount exceeded Rs.5000/- . There is no way to exceed that amout . because after the usage of 4 days of basic plan i' had changed the plan to freedom at night. since then i'm using internet mostly in this time. And when taking the connection the webworld representative told me that the connection would be barred if it exceeds Rs. 600/- So please give me the nesesary information regarding this ASAP. Thank you !!!
