My point of View Tata's move by introducing official forum is to reduce their customer care headache and not to increase man power. An example is Rimweb. here majority of our queries are resolved with the help of Senior or experienced members. tata wants similar thing to happen where a customer's query is attended by another customer. So this reduces their headache and also reduces their manpower necessity.

not all 5mn customers gets No network. i have signal in my area from day one. and even if coverage pblm exists, that is not permanent. Just think with some network difficulties they managed to add 5 mn subscribers, what happens once they have total gsm network ?

Making Rimweb.in as Reliance's Official forum is the best they can have ever.. Seriously if reliance started an official forum, then surely it will be flooded with complaints and suggestions and they will never have time to read the threads.. I feel rimweb.in might have played a role in the birth of tata's official forum.. Cheers

NO, its a number to the tower, you may find the adjacent tower name as 2G, 1G etc.. i have similar towers here. 1G, 2G, 3G etc..

I am getting Rs5 per day as usual even after recharging 26 life time validity..

i too face the same problem not only with rimweb but also with orkut. login every time i visit.. yahoo is working fine and i need to login only once in 2 weeks.. i face this problem for last 2 days including today..
