Mine got a CDMA logo at the bottom back of my unit... it says QUALCOMM 3G CDMA Can I use it on Reliance CDMA?? it doesent show reliance signals for me to be able to activate it. Pl help/ Advice

Thanks!! I tried update from reliance bb site still the same problem!! I have google maps on the phone already but it doesnot provide accurate info, it gives appx position in 5000 mtrs. I have unlimited bb plan.

Any suggestions where do I get such ROM from?? By cracking this hardware for all networks, would that solve this?

Thanks for quick response... is there a work around same?? having a feature on phone and not being able to use it is a sad thing!!! I am told the reliance has locked this feature by bb support team.... GPS is independent of network one is on... so GPS chip set should be able to gather data provided by sat. Looks like unlocking the phone might do the trick (if what they are saying i.e its locked by reliance). I am on rel and intend to use rel so unlocking should not cause harm right??? Pl advice

Hi, I tried importing phone book as u mentioned!!! unfortunately I did it twice, so I have duplicate entries, kindlly help how do I resolve this... Also after Import second name comes first on phone, where as in outlook its normal.
