As said I have little confusion between Mobile Internet Data plans and High speed internet data plans (Using data card). Reliance is offering unlimited mobile internet data plans for 299/-. Where as high speed internet plans using data card is expensive. Can we get similar speed ,if we connect the laptop with mobile data card with unlimited plan.

I am little confused about this article. Unlimited mobile internet is 299/- PM for reliance.It is much cheaper than any operators.

I am using Tikona C299 plan which has a limit of 1000MB. I am going to close this connection. They are big cheaters in calculating the Data transfer. They calculate the data transfer rate in MBs without any decimal places. Just logon and logout will show the 1MB consumption. Just open 3~4 websites like gmail, paper and bank site and close it.Data transfer will show some where 7~10 MB. Opened and closed irctc site for 10 times and closed due to irctc server problem. It consumed 24 MB. My last two months usage is showing online as 667 MB & 975 MB.where as bill is showing 795 MB & 765 MB respectively. I have complained to CEO also. No use. i am waiting for BSNL connection to my building.Once I got a BSNL, i will close the Tikona.

Thanks for caution. That is why I am shifting to GSM. Till GSM network become stable, I will use my existing CDMA and newly activated GSM for GPRS.

If I take a "UNLIMITED: Mobile Internet Unlimited Plan Rs. 299" plan , I assume that my connection is free for following: - IMPA mails - Push mail - Internet access on mobile. - Internet access on my laptop through Internet sharing using Bluetooth or USB. If I am not wrong,This add is not for Omnia series. It is by samsung for Corby Speed.

In which city you saw this add in Times of India.

Today there is a add in Times of India front page. Add showing it has a "Email Client". From where did you purchased it. In Yerawada exchange, EVDO instruments are not available.

Any one facing problem in calling from BSNL landline to Relaince GSM number which starts with 95 series. Recently DoT is scrapped the 95 dial mode to intra circle local calls from landline to landline. Due to this , In Pune I am getting problem if I am trying to call from BSNL landline to my 95 series reliance GSM numbers. Message is "This facility is not available in your lanline phone" if add "0" to my 95 series number , warning message is "Please check your number".

I too agree with every 0ne. In Pune it took me about 30 minutes to make a outgoing call.

Hi, Can any one recommend comparatively best handset for price range around Rs 6000/-. Presently I am using Nokia 2113 CDMA handset. My main requirement is sound quality and Battery life. Even I am fine with China made mobiles too.
