i had done this some time back. it works nicely now. u can do this in yr ppc it self by using ##778 talk in yr dialer (newbies dont try all this) The error is common in verizon phones like Kshah said. It is problem linked between error to shift between 1xCDMA & EVDO. Since we dont have EVDO in india yet, we force it to use 1xCDMA by putting SIMPLE IP.

yes- i agree with Kshah. if u need ISO for namesake... damm who cares... throw the money.. hire some random consultant & get it done from a cheap certifying body. Rest assured it will not make any diffrence to you n yr organization in terms of productivity, output, quality of service & management issues will still be same. a well thought out process design will take time but benefot will be seen in long run .

this is not that tune i guess. the new tune was played on GO FM some days back. that was amazing. wonder when it shall come out.
