I don't have a net connection at home, but I do require to refer to google maps from time to time. This need was finally answered when I found this software. You can download the maps of the required areas, at as many zoom levels as possible, and even their satellite images. For transferring the maps from a system having internet connection (system A) to one not having it (system , you need to take the following folder C:\Documents and Settings\{user name)\.googlemaps from system A in Pendrive/CD. Then, when you install the software in system B, copy the folder in the similar location (difference being the user name). And voila, now google maps are available offline! 6630 was a concept phone, which never saw the light of the day, so don't even think you may get it. I read on TE that this site was costly, didn't check myself. Members may want to compare prices with other sites first.

I am planning to buy the BSNL EVDO card, now available for 2100 only, but I may have to shift to Mumbai. In that case, I have a couple of questions: 1. can I discontinue BSNL services and use reliance? 2. How to use reliance on such unlocked card? Just popping in our regular RUIM or getting a new connection from Reliance? 3. And what will be the terrifs?

I think I will buy two new Tata handsets just to use as walkie talkie! Guess this 10 min cap will apply. Remember even after charging for reliance to reliance free pack, the call still gets disconnected at 60 mins (1 hr), in order to avoid congestion.

On GSM, Tata is giving 1 second pulse, and on CDMA, 10 minutes! It reminds of that twitter knockoff, when twitter has max 140 character limit, that had some minimum 1000 character requirement!

Great initiative, Vinay! I think I will jump on the bus here, and start this workout One question. I don't need to reduce/increase my weight. My weight is 70 kg for 5'10" height. So can I forget the lazy part, as my current diet is providing right calories so as to maintain the correct weight? If at all I have to follow the calories part too, will have to buy something for wifey so that the diet is observed for 4 months

Can you share your story of losing immunity? I am curious because though I have never been overweight, I have recommended this diet to many friends, and seen good result on everyone. If I find there is any negative side to this diet, I may stop recommending it. One thing for sure, GM diet is a very good motivator. People who have been constantly overweight for some period have lost confidence/will to lose weight, as they hardly see the results quickly. This GM diet gives the much needed push in the right direction, and as you are never hungry, it's not that you are starving yourself. That's why I am surprised to hear this side effect. Please share the story.

Most of the ppl are asking for weight loss program. I am attaching one, named GM diet. This is Indian version. I have seen the results from my own eyes on two of my friends (both around 25 years) and one's mother who was 46-48 years old. All of them had great results, reducing atlest 2-3 kgs or even more in a week. All replied they felt great and energetic, and the results linger even after the diet. However, if you continue to stuff the same garbage in, you will again go back to your previous weight. Make sure you stick to this diet strictly. I found that audiobooks are great when you have to commute long distances. In Mumbai, it is great to have audiobooks with you so that you can listen them on train/bus and close your eyes. However, now in Pune my travel time is very less, so I don't find the need for audio books here. Whenever I'll shift back to Mumbai, I'll switch to audio books again. Just a thought...
