Don't get ur hopes up for Nokia 2505. it's like 2255, and personally, i think flap phones without external screen are useless. u'll have to open the flap each time to see who is calling. ^^^ and actually, nokia mumbai service is the most pathetic service i have ever seen. first, no respect of time or consumer. i have seen a guy with a costly mobile (don't remember now) literally begging the service counter lady that if u can't service the mobile, let me speak to the manager, or atleast give me in writing that. she just kept turning her head away from him, and giving him occasional looks. and that guy too went chup chaap outside, muttering kya karen n swearing under his breath. i wonder why he didn't just break a glass, throw some chairs around and stuff! so people buying nokias, please be informed, that for service, you are putting yourselves in hand of the most pathetic and unprofessional staff. that's why i avoid recommending high end nokias, coz no matter how good they are, once they need service, you are royally screwed. Atleast my experience about LG & MOTO is much better than the joke that is called nokia service.

There is no blank RUIM that u can put any providor on. It's either of Reliance or of Tata. Looks exactly same as GSM SIM. If you have an old Reliance number, u'll have to buy a blank reliance RUIM for 15 and use HCC. Otherwise, you can get GSK RUIM. same for Tata. I think Nokia should have those in stocks. if not, first procure the RUIM and then buy the phone, because sometimes because of lack of availability, the RUIMs are sold in black, and u might have to spend some time hunting for good price.

RUIM is like SIM card for GSM. it doesn't enable you to change your CDMA operator. didn't get ur question here. if u buy airtel sim, u can't change it to mtnl. u'll have to buy mtnl sim for that. similarly, reliance ruim can't be converted to tata sim and vice versa. but with ruim card, u can change ur handset easily, have the numbers in the card, and for nokia phones, u can use tata as well as reliance cards on the same phone. - Do you have any ideas on the latest price of these three sets at Reliance or Nokia? For 6275 I know it has been quoted as 9.7K in this thread. shouldn't be above 10k.

ok handset. hope it provides comparable talktime as N2112. Display is 65k colors, that's nice. 2.5k seems ok price for nokia. Addition of FM would be great, though.

I m quite irritated by the lack of quality handsets in RIM. I am planning to go for some BSNL scheme, which will allow me to use GSM. the Moto ming really caught my fancy. but the cam quality was not upto par of even SE k750i. can we have a discussion here abt the best handsets below 10k, best in terms of looks, features (pda), cam, music etc? as far as i have read, the motoming is great for music, but it's not that good for camera, and battery life is nowhere sufficient. any users?

For example??? @sheikh E61i is a business phone, n most of the functions r of really no use to me. even sony k800/810i seems good, but no idea abt the price.
