  1. Nokia 6255 - Speculation Before Launch

With a 32MB memory card, I think games can be downloadable. I am just waiting for this model to arrive. I've had reliance since the beginning so I really hope that Reliance comes out with this model without hampering the software or the phone features. Hell, if they do, then I am gonna move to Tata too. I like the CDMA quality better than GSM (limitless though) but good clarity and coverage.
  2. Lgrd7230

Hi All, I have a 7230 which I am planning to sell once the 6255 arrives. The one I have is in great condition. Just like new, except for a scratch on the bottom left. I have all the accessories, with data cable, and a spare battery too! The phone is great but lack of Bluetooth, Storage space and no voice recording, its not upto the new age! -Khaja
  3. Nokia 6255 - Speculation Before Launch

Hi All, It's good to know that Reliance finally is gonna come up with the 6255. I am so underpowered with the LG RD7230 that I have. No bluetooth, no MP3, No MMC or SD, and communication only through the Datacable. It's so not upto this age! I called up Nokia Showrooms here in Hyd and also the Reliance customer care. No one has a clue of its release. The nokia people are saying a month from today Apr - 28. As soon as it comes with Reliance I am gonna exchange the RD7230 with that one. Who care for RWorld now? It's all paid and not free anymore. If anyone has any price information on this model, please post. Anxiously waiting! -Khaja
  4. Gtran - Reasons Behind All Problems

Hi All, I bought the GTRAN handset last year as I wanted to move to a Color flip phone. After a couple of months, the screen started bleeding in a couple of pixels on the screen. Got the handset replaced without any hassels. Then couple more months later, the replaced handset also started bleeding. I went to the Webworld again and they asked me to mail the Manager of the shop informing the same and the handset will be replaced. I mailed the manager and to my surprise they replaced the GTRAN I had with the LG RD7230 without any extra amount. FOR FREE I was like in awe of the phone to see the features of this phone, camera, video camera, stereo sound. Just amazing. Its been 10 months now since I am using the RD7230. And now I feel underpowered since this phone has no Bluetooth and no memory expansion capabilities. I learned that Reliance will be introducing their first bluetooth handset the Nokia 6255. I am anxiuosly waiting for that handset to arrive and I will exchange the RD7230 with that one. As far as GTRAN goes, battery life was OK, not GOOD, but OK. It was light weight and flip phones just have a different aura around them as compared to the regular non flip models. You feel good to be able to flip the phone and talk when it rings!!! If anyone knows when Reliance is launching the 6255, please mail me. I am anxiously waiting for that. -Khaja
