ya its diffcult bt these days in my circle in tamilnadu its easier to connect n i m using it daily from 11pm to 2 am bt on some rare days there are difficulties here too

yup on net means smart gsm service of reliance in bihar jharkhand assam & westbengal but ur rcom GSM no. in this circle will be roaming only & hence STD calling card doesnt works while u r roaming in these circle in other states STD calling card works even in roaming

yup its rs 40 easy recharge giving 50 min similarly rs75 gives 100 std min rs 140 gives 200 min

also in tamilnadu
