Maybe you should try to change the port speed through which your laptop connects to the phone as Reliance LG RD 2030 phones normally use port speed of 38400 bps. I'm not quite sure about FWT but you could try as from what uve posted it seems as if your laptop is trying to comm. at port speed 115200 bps both times. Hope this helps.

if youve read the user guide of the phone it clearly states that the phone will get heated during high data transfers, etc. and I dont think theres a way to avoid this. Well doesnt your computer also heat up so dont u use a coolin fan maybe this is an answer isnt it
