  1. I am running linux kerenel 2.4.22. I have the following problem I use a USB to serial adapter to connect to my phone. The info tool on KDE recognizes my serial port as follows... USB UHCI Root Hub (3) | |___PL 2303 Serial Port The 'dmesg' output shows that the pl2303 drivers are loaded but my device attached to the serial port is not recognized. How do i make it visible to linux.
