  1. i m not able to receive messages from any tamil nadu airtel numbers.what is the problem?customer care keeps sayin it ll be resolved when i complain bt nothin has happened so far.I m still not able to receive messages from airtel numbers in tamil nadu alone.I m usin a reliance gsm prepaid.I m in kerala.would anyone help me out in this?I m also not receiving the gprs and ms settings.I have tried all possible methods.I m fed up of callin the customer care too.Someone please give me a solution to these problems. Thank you!
