  1. Hi all, I am working on the yamaha smaf file format. So I would like to know the reliance handsets that support smaf. I managed to find that lg rd 6000 does not support it. Could any of you tell me what are the file formats, sound formats supported by the various reliance handsets? Which all handsets support the smaf format? Regards, Kevin
  2. It would also be nice if any of you guys had more information on the smaf file format. I know there is some sort of specification on the yamaha site but its just an overview. any extra information would be nice. so any of the programmers out there who have worked on the smaf format kindly share your information with me. LG Handsets: LG RD 2030 - Format>midi Size> <4096 bytes and > 2kb LG RD 2130 - Format>midi Size> <4096 bytes and > 2kb LG RD 5130 - Format>midi Size> <4096 bytes and > 2kb LG RD 6130 - Format>midi Size> even upto 60 kb works(as per an user) and > 2kb LG RD 7130 - Format>midi/mmf(ma3/SMAF* 40chords); Max size>8kb & Min 2k LG RD 7230 - Format>midi/mmf(ma3/SMAF* 40chords); Max size Unknown & Min 2kb * = Although handset supports mmf the MMS network may not. Samsung Handsets Samsung SCH 191 - Format>mmf(ma2/SMAF 16chords-J-Sky);Max size Unknown. Samsung SCH A563 - Format>midi/mmf(ma3/SMAF 40chords);Max size Unknown. Samsung SCH A603 - Not known.   6. I think some LG handsets also support smaf. I found out from the forums that LG - RD7130 supports MA-3 smaf. Would like to know this for as many reliance handsets as possible. Regards, Kevin.
