Hi I have a verizon Moto E 2nd gen using with IDEA cellular in Chennai. I have voice and data working fine but unable to send or receive SMS. Can someone help on this Also I want to know if there is any permanent unlock procedure as of now I have to do the temporary unlock as and when I change the sim card Thanks in advance
