  1. Tata Photon Plus And Android Tablet

    I bought a cheap Wespro Android Tablet from naaptol.com thinking as it has usb port, would run tata photon plus. But after buying it i found it was not possible. 1 )I wanted to know was it due to it's Android 1.9 os or tablet don't ever support photon plus. 2) I also read somewhere that tablet os can be changed but don't understand how ?? 3) Will changing os from ANDROID 1.9 to WINDOW CE help me run photon plus ?? 4) What is firmware ?? image :
