I clearly see that is the case with the Keval & his friend, PPOBOX clearly seems to have a direct hand in what happened with them. yes i think they try to exploit the weakness of the person when item was declared for high value and they didn't opt for insurance the ppobox guy told about the content to the bluedart courier guy and they steal from the package or find any way to stole that package so please opt for insurance if product has high value

Yes,I declared correct value of my phone. Why didn't you approach consumer court? i think about it but some mistakes are there from my side also my package has been accepted from that courier guy and other i didn't opted for insurance and when i talked to they have said they written in their terms and condition they didn't provide any compensation if item is stolen and it was not insured and at that time i tried hard to get money back i complained to bluedart and they say they will solve my problem and i didn't get much time to complain them in consumer court and one advice for you post complain to consumer court as early as possible otherwise when you complain in ppobox and bluedart they will say we will investigate for the problem within 15 days when you call after 15 days they say they will looking into problem so they extend the time and days so you start to forget about so complain in consumer court as early as possible

I am planning to sue them for sure, these morons didn't even give me in writing that they've lost the package. sue them for 50k so that these b*****d will do their work properly these ppobox or bluedart stole only very expensive mobile i think they work together in stealing the phone

after my package has been stolen i shifted my service to sns and things working smmothly till now as i think they didn't pay their custom and they provide no proof they have paid custom have you declared the correct value of phone

brother my package was also lost somewhat in similar fashion i had ordered iphone 5 32gb somewhat 5 months ago i have posted in this forum my package reaches home unfortunately i am not in my home my mother has accepted that package when i come home i have shocked to find out phone is missing with the box only bubble wrap they tear up the surface below the invoice and take out the phone i have posted pictures in this forum with box i have filed many complain in bluedart and ppobox but didn't get any reply they always ask me have you opted for insurance after that i always take insurance these bluedart guys are now turning into big theif they take out phone from the box if they get oppurtunity

i just saw an post from ppobox they are saying that they stop importing mobile effectively at that moment for indefinity

yes weight of package is really 1 kg because the seller sticks their usps barcode where weight is written it is 2lbs 40oz as in kg it comes out to be 1kg 100gm so bluedart booked as 1.5 kg rounding the 100 gm as their basis tariff is for 500gm i have already complained to bluedart as well as ppobox and i have not taken any insurance on that item if i take the insurance also they said they didn't entertain my claim because package was accepted by my brother he has not checked in front of bluedart courier guy i also want to upload picture to show the tempering any way to upload the photo on this forum to warn u guys for your package and show their way of stealing the package can he able to unlock the iphone by simple server method if it is blacklisted is there any probablity to get the phone back if i know the imei and file the fir as seller told me the imei and all its serial number did any one get back its stolen phone from police

my package was stolen by bluedart i can confirm it as ppobox booked the package for 1.5kg in the bluedart mumbai office whereas the package recieved by my brother is not more then 250 gm my package was stolen very smartly by bluedart guy they cut the area below where invoice was stuck and then reattached by the bluedart by cello tape so that there is no sign of tempering and inside the package there is a bubblewrap so the package looks fluffy so my brother accepted it without any hesitation i have let this know to seller and he is very responsive he blacklisted the at&t phone i guess its neither the ppobox mistake or sell OK.. and what about the insaurance with ppobox ? Do one thing.. send a message to the seller informing what happened exactly.. from ur package id, I guess u might not have purchased it for more than 10 days back.. if the seller doesn't give any satisfactory answer.. open the dispute with ebay.. Also tomorrow morning call ppobox and tell them what happened.. ask them if they open the packages at there NY hub and see if the item is there before shipping them here. Also is the item again checked after they recieve it from mumbai customs.. if u opted for paying extra 2-3% with insaurance for the item, ask them for the refund. i guess its neither the ppobox mistake nor seller mistake the bluedart person stole the package because ppobox booked the package for 1.5kg and i have received the package weighing not more then 200gm

yes i have purchase this item from ebay and i had purchased from a reputed seller having a high feedback and i got package in intact condition filled with cotton and cardboard to increase the weight

i have received my one package today when i opened it i am surprised to see this it is empty it is simple an usps parcel carton outside of it written 2 lbs and that i recieved the package is of not more then 200gm the package contains iphone 5 32 gb of value 450 usd the package is shipped by usps which is insured and weight of package is 2lbs the package id is 46445 and now what can i do pls advice

One of my item , although not any electronic item but a medical equipment which is needed urgently for my friend's mom for recovery after surgery (aspen cervical collar) reached their NY hub on 26th and its still not been dispatched from there ask them to ship the item explaining them your emergency if possible call their us address

now they are shipping item very carefully they investigated each item thoroughly and if they find out the description of item is correct then only they ship i they take necessary precaution so that item doesn't doesn't get struck in custom my package was delivered to them yesterday they get it shipped to india on the same day

yeah i also thinks they previously charged custom on each item and then get cleared in bulk for a very low value and they get caught now the custom dept has strict on them

hii yesterday i root my galaxy note 2 after rooting i have installed custom firmware but after installing custom firmware i have inserted me sim but nothing happens so i check imei by chance and now it is showing null/null and baseband unknown i have tried to find out solution solutio for the problem but i am out of luck pls help me
