Hi Guys.!! I am working with Pvt Ltd Company from last 1.5 years. At present my monthly Net salary is Rs 12,999 & Basic is 6,000 Minimum bonus is 8.33% of basic salary earned during the accounting year and Maximum is 20% under the payment of Bonus Act,1965 How can i calculate my bonus amount. Please guys help me. Thanks...

Thanks for the link, but its not describe clearly about basic & CTC as per bonus act, its not depend on perfomance. but sure about on ctc salary or on basic.
