babaji knows best once i got the sim cut from reliance, i did not bother to take back the pieces. which means, unfortunately i do not have the sim series. ^^^ i'm using a white moto x from verizon bought on the edge plus program. updates working fine. i had a small problem when i had to hot swap with a gsm to get the cdma working.. but after that, even after reboots, cdma working fine now. hi, i just updated my moto x to 4.4.4 RUIM works fine on it. i initially tried hot swapping from GSM to CDMA. that too works fine. data works on both CDMA and GSM RUIM accepted after reboot! no problem with data. Note: i tried GSM on Airtels precut nano sim.

I made the mistake of hot swapping the sim card. Once I did a hard reboot it fixed itself. There is no APN, but data works fine and I get Evdo. Thank you all for your help. For the newbie.. I got a Verizon moto x, non customised and it supports reliance omh out of the box. And used the precut mini sim to get data.I have not tried it with gsm. will do if someone needs the info. Cheers!

babaji, how did u get data working on your verizon moto x? i got the new mini sim cut to a nano sim. but there is no apn. and i'm unable to add any apns. plz help me out Lewin

Thank you. i just asked my friend to get me a verizon moto x. hope it works with the RUIM esp since they've stopped the registration process!

@babaji: i'm planning to buy a verizon moto x from USA. Kindly let me know if this phone will support Reliance CDMA out of the box or whether i need to get the device unlocked. eagerly look forward to your reply... Lewin
