Dear All, I am using our 'sarkari' BSNL dial up connection with 56 KBPs.till date not much problem but i wants to copy/download a program froma an FTP site which size is about 1 GB and much more. I tried it with my BSNL and it shown transfer rate of 2-3 kbps per second. It also shown the estimated time for downloading as 2 days !!! My God!!! I am not sure that i will be alive tommorrow and i wont like to die without downloading this programme (kidding!!) I cancelled the said download. Any clue how i can make it within 2-6 hours ? or more speedy ? I have rim 5130 dont know the price of data cable and the speed too . living in Rajkot where bsnl not yet started its much sung broadband !!! Hi all Just buy the LG6130 . first victim (kidding !!!!). handset is good.voice is clear atractive looking but it will creat lots of pain for fingers as keys are so small . I never felt finger pain for LG Rd7130 . I thinks it may become a -poing for this 6130 I need it urgently to upload tonnes of my products on net but the image of photo not so much clear. I thought that it may be good on pc so take a photo of my product and then send it to one of my email address and here is the picture its the product of the picture if pictures will be such kind of then I thinks its all useless of this camera phone ??? any one knows how to improve the pic.quality ?

Very True Chirag, We shouldn't 4get the past history of GSM players. its only RIM who had make cell in INDIA an item for common users otherwise, it was still a lucsury. Why we should 4get that GSM's past high charges and worst services

Ya I too planning to buy an LG 6130 or LG 6000. My first choice was LG6000 but unfourunately in my town WW said that this phone is not available even they were not aware with this model yet !!! and I needs the phone urgent so tommorrow I will buy the LG6130. today I gone to purchase it, but due the "Bandh" I couldn't buy it Mahendra

Yup they will have all the scheme,pioneer,CAPO,501 and all but this time please dont pay the bill(for post paid coffee) regulary.you will get some great benefifts e.g. pay just 10% and take away the coffee cup with you So, enjoy.

Sorry chirag, I can't agree with this argument. when some one is doing a business he can't escape from his liability or responsibility to provide ultimate custormer sastisfaction by quoting that we have a wide subecriber base. for last 10 days i sent sms to my friend on his hutch and tata indicom mobile. i found the messege on my rim screen that messege successfully sent but i didn't get the delivery ack. and my freind told me that he didnt get any sms from me. belive me he was stood near to me and we have tried and agian it happens. then he sent sms to my rim from his hutch phone and i got his sms instantly.it means rim is not delivering our sms to any other mobile service.ofcoure I bet that they are charging all this sms wether they were deliver or not !! I can send sms only from rim to rim and that too after 2-3 times first it will say sorry network errorr !! then it will say messege not delivered then 3rd try it will say messege sent successfully and it will be a wonderful for me that i got delivery ack. for 3 times for the same messege. it means they are charging 2-3 times for the same messege.what it all means ? is it a fair practice of doing business ? I thinks they have sufferred a big loss in their 501 scheme and their huge amount has been blocked and also suffered loss in converting postpaid to prepaid by paying just 10% and now they are recovering all this loss by this way !!!!

Nope My dear friends, Tata is more trusted brand name then this stupid one !! believe me i have both the mobile tata and rim . for the last year and till date i have no single question or problem with tata while this rim was proved a headech for me !!! tell me franckly whats there in R world ? games ? are we kids ?,news ? nothing special in any news?asro ? who will like to see the old story again and again ? if you can't open yahoo or hotmail on r world then its all like ZERO without a figure !!!! if tata can offer yahoo on tata indicom free of cost then why rim can't do that ? even for initial offer too !!! most of us are readdy to pay for this yahoo and hotmail !!!! Actually rim is only interested to keep happy some kids by providing new and new games !!!!! even most of sites can't open on rim while they all can be opened in tata indicom.

Hello friends yesterday i had log in yahoo messenger through one of my friends' nokia tata indicome mobile . its works pretty and my friend is today chatting with me for last hour through his tata indicom.its all absoulutely free for tata indicom. I thinks rim is only making all of us fool. there is t zone against r world which is more good thatn this stupid r world. I had already sole my postpaid rim after converting it into prepaid and now using one friend's colour RD 7130 free of cost. !!! but very soon i will throw this stupid phone too into some garbage and will choose tata or some other gsm like hutch atleast i can chat through that . i loves yahoo !!!! rather then this worst rim.

Dear Friend, Just for the information of all the members that one day of june 19,at 11.30 a.m. while i was checking the new arriavals at r world i had founded some 8-10 new application under the menu "Pilot" test or something else. there were something interesting application under that pilot projects e.g. job searching (u can post your resume through your rim and find job there),matrimoney,bazee,all about 93 and lots of other applications were also there. when i had checked this pilot project after half hour latter it was not there. it means RIM guys are woking on that any way they are also working on rim energy too with this new arrival under pilot projects

When TRI will threat them to impose a penality they will make the new number within 24 hours applicatble till that we they will test it !!!!

ITs really good that when we dont know our bills from R world we dont need to pay the bill so USE ONCE AGAIN PEOPLE WILL USE AND THROUTH RELIANCE POST PAID !! I dont think that RIM will charge only Rs. 30 per month its a big big company so its mouth is also BIIIIIIIIIIIIG it will charge Rs. 100 -300 and the it will depend on what kind of service you use. RIM is RIM nobody can catch it scheme intill he feels that he become a fool ok enjoy with paid r- World
