Tata Indicom has launched "North Corridor Pack" for postpaid mobile customers in Delhi, both existing as well as new subscribers.

"North Corridor Pack" is an optional, add-on pack available at a monthly rental of Rs 75, which offers STD calls at 50 paise per minute to Punjab, Haryana, UP East, UP West, Himachal Pradesh, and Rajasthan.

The basis for such a pack is that 75 to 80 percent of STD calls made from Delhi are within the North circle. Effectively, Tata Indicom believes it is making STD calls more affordable for its Delhi customers.

And it's possible to combine "North Corridor Pack" with postpaid plans including: Business Silver Plus, Business Silver Roam, Get More 199, Get More 99, Get More Roam Plan, Talk India 299, Talk World 299, Do More 0123, Do More 123 Roam, and Business Gold 349.

Yes, it should be immediately introduced nationwide. At least, a new offer should be there, in which against Rs.75, one will be able to make Tata to Tata free NLD calls. It is still confined within local ambit.
