Best Option For Net Speed.

Recommended Posts

Dear friends,

I lives in small town, here no broadband available. As I am a stock market trader, I need

good surfing & downloading speed. currently I connects through airtel + mobile N73

with a very frustrating downloading speed of .50-2.0kpbs (500bytes-2000bytes).

After some opinions, I found that netconnect is the best in its class.

So, friends can you help me for finding best option for speed among MG800 USB, huewei ec,

pcmcia card, mobile (data cable) or any other method.

kindly give me quick replies

please note i am using hp laptop.

Since there is no broadband connection available in your area, you can consider Reliance NetConnect. I guess you will require a download limit based plan instead of a time based plan which will prove costly especially since you do trading. You can opt for the Freedom plan at Rs.650 per month if you do not have much downloads, which comes with 1 GB data transfer. Huawei EC325 is good and costs around Rs.2850. Do not expect great speeds, but you should be able to achieve 75 - 100 kbps average if there are good signals in your area.

@zakirhusain

My dear friend, as told by Arun above that you can opt for Reliance Data Card. Thats a good option.

But their is one more option for you. Instead of purchasing a new data card from Reliance, you can opt for AIRTEL'S EDGE DATA CARD. Edge data card can enhance your data transfer speeds marvelously on your current mobile number. This way no need to maintain another operator's headache, just your existing single number will make the way for you.

And at the same time I again say that Reliance Data Card too is a good option.

Regards.

Dear Arun & Honest thanks for your valuable answers.

Honest- In my town, Airtel doesn't offer EDGE. only GPRS available. My N73 & other mobiles

connects through GPRS not EDGE.

I have surely decided for reliance netconect. but confused which product should I buy for better speed. no worry about money.

More opinions from other friends are welcomed.

My dear friend, as you had decided that you are going to use Reliance netconnect, then go as per Arun's advice. Purchase Reliance Data Card for the maximum speeds.

Regards.
