Procedure For Getting Replacement Under Warranty

Hi all,

I have a classic phone from Reliance which is having some problems. I want to get it replaced FREE under warranty as its still under 1 year. I want to know the procedure for getting it done and whom to contact.

My dear friend, its how much time you had purchased the handset ?

If it is more then a week then its not possible to get the replacement. You will only get it repaired.

Also the replacement depends on the kind of problem you are getting from your handset.

Actually, the handset is not getting charged. It may be a handset or the battery charger problem. The handset is 6-7 months old. Whom should I contact for this- Reliance or ZTE service center?

My dear friend, if your handset is 6-7 months old then their is no chance for getting the replacement. In my opinion their could be the problem of battery charger.

Reliance doesn't have any role in this. You have to contact the ZTE service centre.
