1. Press and hold both soft keys (the two buttons above the phone control buttons) on the device. Keep these keys pressed, and at the same time, use the stylus to lightly press and hold the RESET button on the bottom of your device.

2. Release the stylus but keep the softkeys pressed when you see the following message on your device screen:

“Do you want to erase all user data and restore to manufacture default?”

3. Slide open the hardware keyboard, and press R to restore to factory default or press X to exit the hard reset process.

Relaince PRL

to get rid of roaming sign just reload prl ...

just copy the prl file to memory card,

then dial ##778#

it will ask for msl password (use BAFMSL for password recovery )

then in epst settings go to PRL option and load it from the location on ur memory card

Hard resettng mogul and after that

Hard reset your phone by pressing the left and right soft keys and put the stylus in the reset hole - follow screen prompts - press R to proceed and finally space to hard reset .

On first start up BE CAREFUL and be ready with the stylus in your reset hole and as soon as you see 3 seconds to run Sprint Customisation message on screen -PUSH THE STYLUS TO SOFT RESET YOUR PHONE.

Load the 3 files

HP_Rel_MobileWorld.cab,

HP_Rel_NetConnect.cab

Reliance3.sa.cab (not necessary)it will remove sprint icon from phone

On your desktop, right click and create new text file and rename it as HTC_CM_Guardian.exe.

Download and install Total Commander (cab or windows installer version) from HERE on your PPC.

Using Total Commander, browse to Windows folder and replace the HTC_CM_Guardian.exe file 0 byte

soft reset

When PPC has fully booted up, Go to Setting/Connections/Manage my Connections and delete the Sprint dialer you see inside there and click OK.

Next go to the Advanced tab and under Select Networks, select Reliance MobileWorld as your Network and click OK.

Test you connection now using Internet Explorer, your phone should be able to connect to the Net directly.

Soft reset once more, and after phone has fully restarted, click IE and check if Net is being connected. It should be working perfectly fine.

U may have to change in EPST ##778#, under M.IP settings: M.IP Mode to “Simple IP Only”

hope it will be helpful

all relevant files required are attached

HP_Rel_NetConnect.cab

Reliance_prl.zip

HP_Rel_MobileWorld.cab

Reliance3.sa.CAB

BAFMSL.cab

tcmdpocketarm.cab

HP_GPS.cab

GPSTest.exe
