Vista Reboots When Plugging Reliance Netconnect Broadband+

Hi All,

pleaSe help me, whenever i am plugging the ZTE modem into my vista, i get the blue screen of death, have to start it with safe mode and then again restart it in normal mode. then only it works.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers as well, but the problem remains the same.

can anyone help

Try in some other system to check whether its an HSD hardware issue or just some compatibility issue with your current PC..

I sometimes face the same issue when I plug in my Diamond.

Sometimes its fine, but sometimes it results in system hangs and all.

But it never happens when I plug it in before starting my system!

check with other USB devices, whether you are getting the same problem. or install connect in different USB port. this may happend due some device or software is holding on USB.

Its only driver problem for you, try uninstalling other comport or diag drivers from your system
