ipkonfig 10 Report post Posted March 18, 2011 Some weeks back, I acquired a Nokia 1508 handset. Everything was working fine until I realized a major problem. I find that I am unable to make STD calls to RCDMA numbers. Initially, I used to get a "To resume service, please contact customer care" message. I ignored it thinking that it might be some network related issue. However, when I insert the SIM into my old phone (LG RD3500), I find that I can make calls without any issues. Thus it is a phone specific issue. I contacted the customer care; as usual, they are equally clueless about the scenario. Is there any solution to this issue?
