Escorts Group promoted Cellnext Solutions Ltd., a wireless IT solutions company is planning to launch its program of customizing mobile ring tones by using human voice as an input wave. Available only for Escotel Mobile subscribers, this service has been launched in Kerala and Uttar Pradesh almost a month back, while in Delhi and Haryana it it slated to launch next week.

Under this program, users can first record their voices through Interactive Voice Reaction (IVR) in their mobile phones and then use the recorded voice as their ring tones. According to Cellnext, it takes some time for the installation IVR to get the voice recorded and the charges vary from Rs.3 to Rs.4 per minute depending upon the region of the operation.

Speaking with Techtree, Mr. Sanjay Sinha, Manager, Content, Cellnext Solutions said , "Presently we have this facility only for the Escotel subscribers but we are planning to tie up soon with the other mobile phone operators to widen our range." The company also has many plans ahead in the future in the mobile phone sector, which will surely bring revolution in the mobile industries, Mr Sinha further informed
