Hi ,

Please dont buy reliance handset at MARS INC, Reliance Webworld express, GEM Plaza, Infantry Road, Bangalore.

They are real cheaters.....i just happened to buy a RIM prepaid handset and the guys there were speaking very nice manner and gave me a handset for 1600 - 2 Yrs Incoming - 2000 Min talktime. When it was activated, it was worth for 1700 Mins, 1 Yr incoming only....and when i contacted the guys in MARS, they were just not replying to me and not ready to answer.

After a long long fight with Relaince, they have increased the validity to 2 Yrs, but still 300 Mins is not given. Whenever i raise a complaint, they close it stating its already activated in Sep'06(i got it in Nov06)....again cheated by MARS Inc.

Just to remind guys in BLORE to not to go this particular shop.

Did they give you any brouchure containing the offer details and offer period ? If you believe that the handset was activated within the offer period and the offer is valid for you, submit a complaint here: http://www.reliancecommunications.co.in/we...Information.jsp

the invoice issued to the customer generally contains these details.

you can also heck the activation date of your handset.. if you search there are some codes given.. will hel you in finding it.

btw did you bu the box pack ? sealed?
