srini 1 Report post Posted January 11, 2007 Hi, Is there any possibility for temporary disconnection for Reliance Netconnect connection with datacard. Becoz my friend own a datacard and he is going to onsite for short term and he dont want to pay rental during this period. So we wants tempory disconnection on the same. Arun 795 Report post Posted January 11, 2007 He can change to a voice plan with low rental during that time and he would be charged lesser according to that voice plan on a pro-rated basis. Once he is back, he can switch to the Data Plan. So it isn't a temporary disconnection (which isn't possible) but helps in lesser rental for that period. theking 35 Report post Posted January 11, 2007 u can ask for a services suspension (max possible for 60 days..further than that, the number automatically terminates...so mind the period).
