@Deepak Jain, I dont feel charging is an issue. Nowadays, chargers are so powerful and also intelligent, that they know the battery is charged, and so it automatically 'shuts-off' the charging operation, saving the battery and phone from any 'damage'.. I always keep my phone for charging in the night and unplug it in the morning.

Yaar, tum log (DK, HP, kshah, and very soon muffy) sach batao... Jab tum logon ki biwiyan preg. thi, tab tumhe pasand nahi aaya tha?? Lol, im making my beast girlfriend 'pregnant', and I am very happy with the type of 'enjoyment' I get.. @HP, I just hope mini incredible(s) comes out, and if there are 2, one is reserved for you... @parin, true man, travelling ke liye this is the best. I was travelling also since the past one week, and this battery helped me. 1750mAH of seido is nice, and also compact, but thought of going in for a bigger sized (2600mAH) battery for a less costlier price than to go for a less sized more costlier product. It was a gample to buy from a HK seller, but it paid off.. I shall be happy even if this battery works for like 3-5 months. Worth it.... BTW, the battery was delivered to me in 12 days flat... Fastest shipping by anyone from HK to me in Rajkot, till now, on all my experiences....

I have bought Acer timeline 3810Tx, and enjoying it every bit. I had got this from Dubai and it costed me landed in my house for Rs. 26K (was brought from dubai by my friend) It has everything that u need, except for battery. It claims 8+ hours, but it generally gives me 7+ with lowest brightness and also normal work (word, excel, tally, internet browsing thru wifi, etc) Dj has also got an awesome lappy. Its asus. I forgot the model number. Ask him. Both our laptops have LED HD screen which uses very less power and crisp screen. Oh ya, the lappys that we have weigh less than 1.5 Kgs and screen size is 13.3" Happy buying..

The topic is self-explanatory. I have bought one iPhone 3G from ebay. Now after switching it on, it says, no sim.. and now i dont know how to jailbreak/unlock etc. I tried checking out various forums and topics, but everything just goes above my head. So if anyone here has done the unlocking and made it work with airtel/vodafone/idea/any other carrier, do let me know. Thanks in advance..

Finally guys, what I did, step by step to jailbreak and unlock my iPhone 3g. I have no idea if this is the same for iPhone 2g, 3gs or iPhone4. Kindly check google for more info. Thank you very much Gauravji (gauravjc) Pre-requisites: My iPhone was iOS 3.x.x (dont know what was the exact version) My iPhone's wifi was working perfectly My iPhone was not jailbroken and not unlocked (the exact things that i have done below, was for jailbreaking the iPhone first and then unlocking) Softwares and other things needed, a ) iTunes 9.2 (search over the internet) b ) iOS4 (again easily available on the internet) DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT FROM INSIDE THE ITUNES. c ) redsn0w (there is a numerical zero in the word and not an 'O') This software is also available on the internet. d ) wifi connection Steps 1) First start iTunes 9.2 2) Connect your iPhone, and wait until it gets connected. If it asks to update your device, click on NO. 3) There will be an option to restore the OS of the iPhone (atleast it was there in mine, because my iPhone was in a state which said, "insert sim card") 4) PRESS SHIFT and click on the restore button, and you shall be asked to browse to a file and 'update'. 5) Browse to the iOS4 that you downloaded, and let the itunes do its work for updating the OS. 6) Once it is done, the device will restart on its own. If there is some error and you are not able to restore/update the OS, then you will have to put the phone in DFU (Download Firmware Update) mode. To do this, you will have to switch off ur phone with usb connected to PC ... press power button for 5 secs , then keeping the power button pressed press the home button too for another 10 secs ... then leave power button but holding the homebutton for another 25 secs .. This will put the phone into DFU mode, and it will be recognised by iTunes and the PC and the DFU drivers will be installed automatically... YouTube videos are available online for putting the iPhone into DFU mode... {another problem happened to me here. My iTunes was not detecting my iPhone in the DFU mode, so i closed iTunes and restarted my pC, and then again opened iTunes, and voila, my iPhone was detected} Now you are ready to install/upgrade the iOS4. Kindly do the steps from 3 to 6 once again... 7) Now your iPhone is running on iOS4... But dont rejoice until now. Now you will have to jailbreak it. 8) Once you have installed the new iOS4, you dont need iTunes. So just close iTunes. 9) doubleclick on the exe file of redsn0w which you had downloaded, and follow onscreen instructions. It will ask you to point to the Firmware/OS, then just browse to the iOS4 that you have just installed in your iPhone. Nothing great, just follow onscreen instructions, and in sometime, your iPhone is jailbroken. 10) Now your iPhone will restart. Once it is restarted, you shall find an icon called 'cydia', click on it, and at the bottom of the phone will be an option for search, and then type "ultrasn0w 0.92" and install that app. 11) Restart your phone, and insert any sim card and voila your iPhone on that particular network is working perfect. These steps mentioned above were done on a winxp machine. I have also used certain websites to get some help (because i am zero on GSM phones). Also a few websites below for your kind learning and implementing, http://www.redmondpi...trasn0w-0.92.1/ http://www.redmondpi...ultrasn0w-0.93/ http://www.redmondpi...edsn0w-9170213/ There are again many websites/forums helping to do more and more things for the iPhone, after all its the most selling phone in the world (slowly being taken for a ride by Android powered devices) Enjoy your iPhone... (I might be wrong or differ from somethings, but this is exact;ly what I did on my iPhone, do request other members to also contribute) I also request the MODS to keep this topic under appropriate head (like technical or GSM phones, etc
