Is There A Mobile With Following Features?
Mufaddal replied to iamromeo007's topic in Handset Suggestions
usual glitches of windows mobile ....and at times it slows down ( mostly when i need to call urently and poor video playback ....that said it is an awesome device well there is one more thread where prawin is also selling mogul for around 12k http://www.rimweb.in/forums/index.php?showtopic=16553 -
well i m no bb fan either ...it doesnt require any explanation as to why bb are overpriced .... well most of the bb handsets r overpriced for the features they offer ....they r crappy simply coz u spend 30 k for what ??? no camera _or underperforming camera no or very little multimedia features locked os very few app support not only this to buy a handset u spend so much...on top of that to access internet and mails u need to suscribe to bb services now y do u need to pay for bb services everymnth ...u already have paid a premium while purchasing handset if u look at nokia they too have email services which is getting better and better and its totally free u need to pay for data charges only even apples mobile me is cheaper than bb servies and it offers much much more than push email and if u look closely most bb owners r corporate people who get their expenses paid b it handset or monthly bill now as far as impotred handsets r concerned ( except bb ) they r proper value for money ...u get their gsm counterparts at double the cost ...and not to mention their features r light yrs ahead of a bb i know kamal and other people moght not b liking imported handserts ( for whatever reasons like no warranty etc etc ....) and i respect their opinion .....but when u get so many features at such cheap price who wont become a fan of these handsets .... i m not a fan of palm or windows mobiile but when u get those handsets at unimaginable price ( example imported htc diamond at 14 k when officially it is available for 34k) ...who will not start praising their imported handsets one more ironical thing that i see is that many users on this forum have issues with nokia/htc handsets which were purchased from reliance on warranty on contrary hardly anyone has had issues with imported handsets and whoever had issues their handsets were replaced by sadikk .....

unless u get rid of htc guardian u will have problems with ur connection time and again.....one common mistake i see people doing is that after creating a blank file in notepad they dont rename the file from htc_cm_guardian.exe.txt to htc_cm_guardian.exe .....so when u copy paste without renaming its of no use as the htc guardian file isnt replaced

The world's largest mobile phone manufacturer is under fire, literally, for a mapping mishap that caused a patriotic uprising from members of India's Bharatiya Janata Party. The latest release of Nokia Maps, the company's own GPS-enabled navigational mapping application, apparently contained some inaccurate information. Nokia Maps listed Kashmir as being part of Pakistan - an insult of sorts to members of the BJP. A youthful congregation from the BJP raided a Nokia Store in Jabalpur City, grabbing Nokia handsets and setting them on fire. The attack is seen as a protest of Nokia's mis-information and highlights the BJP's sensitivity on Pakistani matters. One BJP organizer said that the Nokia Maps mistake was "a case of anti-nationalism. We demanded that the Nokia and other people involved in the conspiracy be booked for spreading anti-national activities. We will intensify the protest if this case has not been registered." Surprisingly, the shop owner was fairly accepting of the BJP's protest method. "This is the problem of Nokia and we are not concerned with it as we are merely shop owners, not the client of the company. But, the manner in which the mob entered and started torching the shop is bad," said Rafiq Khan, the Nokia Store owner. [Via: MobileCrunch]

A new Nokia feature phone has been spotted at the company’s Chinese website - Nokia 6208c. What’s significant about it is that this is the first Nokia touchscreen-equipped feature phone, running Series 40 user interface. Somehow, we’re not surprised as touch input is preferred for Chinese (and some other language) characters, but we did expect to see the official release, nonetheless. Anyway, here are the specs: Tri-band (900/1800/1900 Mhz) GSM/GPRS/EDGE radio 3.2 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom and dual-LED flash 2.4-inch QVGA (240×320 pixels) 16 million color touchscreen Bluetooth 2.0 Standard 3.5mm headphone jack microSD card slot Size: 109.8×49.3×13.3 mm, weight: 120.1 grams There’s also one more thing that I find interesting — it’s the look of the stylus which is located on the back of the device. As you can see from the image above, stylus looks like a part of the device’s shell making it thicker and, I guess, harder to lose. Finally, let me also mentioned that the Nokia 6208c will be available in such markets as China, India, the Middle East and North Africa — i.e. everywhere where stylus is preferred method for text input. Price is unknown at this stage, but as soon as we hear something, we’ll let you know, k? [Via: Unwired View]

i m saying that a few people suffer at the hands of our own military men....and if u still dont believe me there was a recent indcident in kashmir where a muslim guy was fake encounterd by our forces and then later on his body was exhumed and dna tested and he was declared innocent ....i just saw this yesterday on ndtv so bottomline is people over there suffer from both sides thats it no more off topic discussion from my side
-
s.totally agree with you on this .....the views i expressed was after talking to certian kashmiri families ... but i guess the actual culprits is illiteracy thats y many people r msguided by politicinas based on caste and creed (i still remember when i had gone in iraq in 2003 at time of war ...on strreets there were tv sets with iraqi tv showing their military men capturing american soldeirs and beheading them and he iraqi people use to see that and rejoice ( it was hell scary)) ln our country literacy can improve a lot of things but visual scenes have more impact than what is read ....also the extent of any atrocity can b better understood by visuals as i believe even after reading a book a person wud try to visualize the event or the author wud try to vividly describe it to get a graphical impact but thats our ways of thinking ....every individual is diffrenet ,but our points are the same ..DIRTY POLITICS

i dont read books .....i see documentaries ...and more than that i have myself visited many conflict zones in my medical camps( including iraq and west bank) ....and the reason y i m frsutrated is becoz i have myself talked and interacted with such people whose families have been tortured by certain military men...i know abt 1971 war ...but whats the use ofit today ...the theocratic govnt of independent kasmhmir is already firming its root there and our government cant do anything abt the guerilla warfare ..... if this would have happened with other countries having military equivalence of inida they would had uprooted all such factions in their conflict zone and maintained their sanctity ...
