This firmware got updated automatically on my device even before I visited the service centre. Jio4Gvoice worked and stopped it was more like start stop kind would be online sometime and go offline suddenly ask for otp and show connecting or offline

Even after the socalled software update jio4gvoice is still not working connects at times and stays offline or connecting mode rest of the times. Each time it is asking for otp to connect while once a device is registered there is no need to ask again and again. Wonder if they will ever rectify this issue

My device is starting to loose signal frequently showing no 4g mode. There was loads of fluctuations earlier raised complaints after complaints now their backend team wants me to have my device checked. Last when contacted cc guy says to visit any digital store to get it serviced. Now they have given another digital store guess jio is not going to jio after December if this is their way of functioning Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I am using a TP Link router with jio fi device for my voip router but the router keeps looking network and i have to reset it everytime if jio signal fails anybody facing such issues?

Do you really think all this will be heard. As everyone suggested terminate get a confirmation and live peacefully.Chorcom has already stooped to low levels and they wont mind going lower in your best interest terminate at the earliest

Today my device was doing some software update on its own but still unable to connect jio4g voice app Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Yesterday my speeds were pathetic worse than 2g speeds .86mbps 1 mbps and worst part the device failed to even pick signal twice during day time and had to restart twice. Seems jio honeymoon period is expiring sooner than expected

The app indeed is buggy or they messed in the interface programming part where the app and device communicate with each other jio seems keens on making only buggy apps for now 10 days since i complained about it yet to get solution. Hopefully they do it by 31st December.

Anbu seems jio is not keen on rectifying the problem each time I call they we will escalate the issue and solve it give us 48 hours it never seems to end. Now even my jio mifi speeds are down and signals go away

Jio4gvoice app is buggy it worked fine once i had to reset my phone after that wont move beyond the configuring with jio mifi page. Either there is some interaction issue or bug between the device and app

Which handset are you using if it is a non VoLTE device then you need to call the toll free number from your alternate number for tele verification . As jio join works only on a activated sim Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Same problem here my mobile is not registering with mifi sim at all.Called cc after as usual blah blah they have said they are having complaints about jio4gvoice app and have raised a complaint lets wait and watch. As much trouble outsiders are giving to jio network equal or more troubles internally with poor speeds and buggy apps

People wanting jio for its technology is still a long way to go too many bugs and issues until it is resolved majority won't prefer jio as primary number. With the amount of issues arising in jio4gvoice as accepted by jio cc non VoLTE phones are a big problem in jio. By blue sims do you guys mean the blue pouch or actual sim color in blue. In chennai circle for quite sometime only the blue pouch has given for new sims. These are SIM cards without pre allotted numbers. MNP maybe delayed due yo inter connectivity problem more than the non availability of sims. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Seems a buggy app or work only once. I had configured it on my mobile using mifi . Had to reset phone now won't register again. Seems jio is kuch dhinon ka mehaman. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
