    what about bsnl cdma coverage in bangalore? I have tata cdma sim and now a days using it for data because reliance cdma became worst here(migration started). so I found tata is actually still very good in term of coverage and speed. I am getting Rev B speed upto 5 mbps with good coverage everywhere. only draw back is not unlimited net.
  4. Hi all, jio sim purchased with lyf handset (unlimited benefit) is not working in other handset. I have put it in RN3. only jio 4g signal is available, no voice and data nothing works..jio sim is working only with lyf handset..

  6. Even I recommend Redmi note 3. best in performance and battery, I have never seen any android phone with such a great battery life. I used Goinee m5 with 6050 battery but not even close to RN3.
  7. remove the sim and try with wifi..its the only solution..
  8. Remove the sim and reset the phone. after reset do the initial setup without sim with the help of WIFI.... out of box, it is working..even after update data is working.. Thanks. That is what I told you to do in the first place - yes..you are right.thats why I thanked u also. but after doing 3 times factory reset I lost my hope. So I thought it to return but cdma data was working fine so I do not want to return. in between one more reset made my day..

  10. @dkaile Thanks for all your support. I have solved this issue with the help of smart samrat. @saiesh all three cdma provider are working with data in RN3..

Hi all, Got redmi note 3 16gb and it is working with all CDMA sim Reliance, tata and MTS out of box..getting Rev b and everything normal..only one issue I am facing the moment I click on play store, it says unable to communicate with google server. Try resetting 2-3 times but nothing happened. Kindly help me on this issue??

    in Bangalore, everything is normal. Reliance guys are selling cdma dongle, postpaid connection in front of my office. Just now discussed cdma shutting down issue with them and they simply told, " then why are we standing here" and we do not have any information on cdma closure as we are selling every cdma product including handset. Even I am not facing any issue, getting Rev b with turely 9 mbps speed.

    LTE sim has nothing to do with cdma or gsm handsets. If your handset supports LTE band 3/5/40 then RCOM 4G sim will work maybe the handset is cdma or gsm. But since they are providing voice on 2g/3g gsm network you need gsm handset for both data and voice. With cdma supported sets you can only access data through LTE. Yes..you are right praveen...

    10 days before I asked to my friend( working in reliance store, became my friend because took more than 500 Rcdma connection for all my colleague and their family) about Rcdma closure..He replied, we are upgrading more and more tower for Rev b and stable data speed, why would we shut down..well I am getting really better speed then earlier. check the pic below and tell me, to whom should I believe?????

    I do nothing just pop my Cdma and gsm sim after resetting the phone.But on first boot I tried to change the mode via *#*#4636*#*# but so much problems occur to use Cdma Gsm at a time. Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk what about Rev b?

    have you checked with REC series sim? and I think your city is Rev b enabled, so what about Rev B?
