When will they launch 4g on mobile. Reliance is super lame in all aspects .

Which circle?

Reliance 4G network live in Bangalore. Location - THUBARAHALLI, Whitefield.

There is no rcdma network in Whitefield, Bangalore. Have they completely shut it down? I tried registering my 4G sim but as per CC - the status is 'failed'. Now what do I do? CDMA - no network. GSM - no network. I cannot go back to Kerala( home circle) to get this fixed. Anyone else faced this issue? what should I do now?

Can somebody living in Kerala collect a 4g sim on my behalf and courier me? I am currently in Bangalore and cannot come to Kerala. I am a postpaid customer - so no sim charges. I will pay for the courier.

Can we register by getting a SIM from home circle and then collecting a duplicate SIM from roaming circle? Eg. Friend A goes to Reliance Store. Gives me the SIM number. I register migration request and then tell the reliance store to give me a replacement one - in the new circle.

BSNL cdma does not work in Huawei Honor Holly 2 plus. Can somebody help here?

I started getting migration messages. I am from Kerala circle roaming in Karnataka. Is it possible to get the 4G sim from Karnataka itself?

Hello, I am big enthusiast myself when it comes to trying new networks. I received invite twice before and almost got carried away by the 3 months unlimited thingy. BUT, every time I looked at their LYF phones - it made me hate them. Super crap phones - I can bet you - nobody would have ever bought it if was not bundled with JIO SIM. If you don't have a broadband at home - please buy it for the value proposition ( 3 months unlimited everything). Else wait. WInd 4 is decent and better of the lot.

Is the offer applicable with flame 2?

End of an era.. Bought honor holly just a couple of months ago.. only for this CDMA thing.

It does not work. Is there a way to choose only 3G or 4g?

I get just 1X on Tata CDMA on my Holly 2 plus.

I get download speed more than upload most of the times. However, never experienced great speed. Most of the time it's 1 Mbps. Best is 1.72 Mbps so far.

I am able to get 1X. Some people claim they can use EVDO. My number is 10 years old and even after changing to an evdo sim - I am not able to latch to EVDO network.

I would say - try a new RUIM. Just get any diamond RUIM - RGE or REC. You have to try this as nobody is facing this issue.

Can you guys tell me - what is average speed you are getting. Also the max speed you have observed so far?

I am facing issue with touch. Rest all is almost as it was before. Some heating happened after firmware update. But now the battery life is pretty similar to what it was before the update. I faced data issue - a large delay - when i put the tata docomo cdma sim. But that worked too - after may be 2 mins in 1X mode. Also - try resetting your APN settings instead of resetting the phone every time. One more thing some of the phones have pretty bad display when you look at them in a certain angle. For most of you - display should be sharp and nice.

Touch is pathetic. Works only 80% of the time. So you miss out at least once in every five attempts you take. For me the OTA was no change - except one - TATA CDMA works now with 1X speed. Is there a way to activate EVDO? Also, when the phone starts, the first time MTS is shown and then the network name changes to TATA. Also, two CDMA sims are not detected in my phone. Somebody here claims they can use 2 CDMA sims with voice on one and data on other.

When I put 2 CDMA ruim, only one ruim is detected - can we use data on one and voice on other?

The data is working in 1X mode for me while using Tata Docomo CDMA. It was not working before. This is the only change I can see after firmware update. Two CDMA sims not working. Still no EVDO on my number.
