Remote Computer Did Not Respond

Recommended Posts

Hi Friends,

I am using my HUAWEI Mobile Connect /Reliance Data Card here in Bangalore. But when I visit to my native place in Maharashtra, I am getting error "The Remote computer did not respond. For further assistance click Search Help and Support".

When I call to Rel. Support and Services, they are simply saying they have activated national roaming and they have refreshed my card.

And the issue is I can use Rel. mobile and can see full range.

Can anybody put some light?

Thanks and Regards,

-Suhas

May be it was an issue happened in the remote server/network only at that time.

If yes, u will be connected next time when u try frm ur native place.

Or as u specified anything related to ur a/c settings(roaming).

Pls check the common error messages listed in reliance website.
