parrotred 3 Report post Posted August 25, 2008 I had just purchased motorola w362 from mumbai and brought it to ahmedabad. While i was in mumbai it was working but the phone refuses to work here in ahmedabad. Any clues? Could it be the network problem or frequency problem as this handsets uses 800Mhz and i dont what is reliance frequency in ahmedabad? I have done master reset and master clear both but still it is not working. The handset is able find the reliance network in ahmedabad but when i check the sdca name it says "you are not yet registered" When i try go in rworld it says "unable to verify account information". But when the same RUIM card is inseterd in other handset say samsung max or nokia 6275 it is working. and when i insert other RUIM card in W362 it is not working. Any ideas guys. Help me?
