Copy Right Protection - Is Possible?

Recommended Posts

Hai Friends,

Let me know , is copy protection is possible on our mobile phone/memory card data files?

for eg:- We are all know, we couldn't copy or send some of files to any other device from Nokia phones because of copy protection.

Can we add copy protection like this to our own files?

No yaar, we couldn't copy or send nokia default tunes and image files from phones interface. "send" menu option will always as grayed and can't accessible. Also couldn't copy those items to memory card saying copy protected items.

Nokia and so many Devices uses Metadata File Information and in Copyrights Field is Copy rights Information is available it will not allow to Send it or Copy it. But this only Restriction and not a True Copyriht Technology. We can get all thoses Tones using Mobile File Explorer of Nokia (Third Party Software).

thats what their copyright protection is not hack proof

i m using symbian series 60 n i have fully hacked my phone i have now access to all hidden files n folders n i can share or add anything in these folders

using this access n overcoming this copyright protection i have been able to go a step further in customising my phone now on start up i no longer have boring nokia logo or nokia sound i have put my own custom logo n custom start up sound

n besides y would one like to put copyright protection on their own files
