wouldn't facebook work if you are using Innternet data plan of 99 or 199 Rs?

Its pity that I had to unsubscribe BB plan a month back as it was too costlier. Reliance did not send any offer to my number about Rs. 299 plan rather send an SMS to my friend on his Vodafone number and he has got nothing to do with Reliance!
