Storm Problem 9530 - Verizon

hi,

I have a Blackberry Storm 9530 which i need to enable for Reliance CDMA. It says 3G CDMA on the back but doesn't work on it. COuld someone help me with steps from start to finish to enable this for reliance cdma service. It's verizon US based unlocked phone.

Hi Sunny,

Hope you have received my mail

Verizon unlock means only GSM unlock by code

also Verizon spc is ZERO so some people call its unlocked.

I have mailed you two ways to activate this phone on reliance.

other things cannot be explained to discussed on this forum so sorry cant tell u openly .

@Rohit Guar Pleae help Alok for con conf as you are using same handset and using call conf.

for concall you have to press 3 & call key after merging calls on touchscreen, works for me....., haven't got the bb with me, so can't confirm step by step. but works very well....

He is talking about Storm ,not about pixi

He changed his Pixi to storm only due to con calls.

And now he is enjoying EPIC , thats why he done have cell in hand to give step by step info

thanks hitesh bhai for replying for me.. AFAIK, concall on reliance needs the call button to be physically there to press 3 n call, now even my treo was not doing it till i dialled 3 n green button, pixi does not have the green button, so it fails

come to think of it, the epic does not have a green button, darn....

Sorry for bumping an old thread!

A friend of mine picked up a BB 9530. Is there any way to enable BB services on the Tata Indicom Network? I suppose it should work on the Docomo GSM network, but he needs to use it on the Indicom CDMA network!

Any pointers?

It is possible to use BB Services in GSM phones but IMPOSSIBLE to use in CDMA
