qpst "the phone has stopped responding to memory read/write commands"

dfs cdma tool "cps_error"

cdma workshop "won't even read nam settings"

qxdm "error response received from target

something in the phone doesn't want to chat, any ideas?

Looking forward for replies and help .

Which phone it is?

Have you installed the USB drivers for the phone on the system first?

Is the phone showing in the Device Manager on COM port?

Are you selecting that port in CDMA Workshop and then click on connect?
