tsftsf 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2007 hi all, i'm using RD - 2690 handset. I've faced a funny problem today. My phone was working from morning since 2:PM in afternoon. As i went to write my exam I put the phone on the college desk and took it at 6:00 PM after the exam. The signal strength is present. (NETWORK PRESENT) I'm unalbe to make any call. I'm unable to receive any call NO Sms can be received NO sms can be sent. when i make a call only the progress bar goes on and on. when someone calls me up it shows not reachable. All other phones in the city r working so it's not a network problem. could anyone suggest where couldbe the fault. i think i have to see the service centre. my phone is inwarranty will they do it for free? Have you tried switching it off, removing the battery, insert the battery after sometime and switched it on ? tsftsf 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2007 hi all, my reliance phone problem was solved. actually the company service centre said that the voice mail icon that appears on the phone shouldnt be touched at all. plz dont click on voice mail when u go through the menus once you access it the system get's hanged. i had to replace the pcb and it costed 1400 as it was in warranty no problem at all i was relieved of the big bill. anyone faces such problems plz go to the nearest service centre. regards, thaddeus Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
