Rim Websites And Ip's

Hi guys,

I was wondering what all websites are being used by RIM & what all they have been registering.I think this piece of info will be helpful to everybody.Let me know your views...

My goal was too send a sms via the http protocol to a reliance phone.I am still onto it but have hit a dead end.So i am posting it to all u techies. and ya i have read the ENTIRE forum, before posting.

I suppose if we can send alt. headers, voila its possible to send sms's to the phone thru HTTP. So all you techies. let me know what you think.

Oh one more important thing i checked out the IP address of the phone while connected to R-World. It turns out to be 202.138.125.107 which is http://www.rilinfo.net

Anjali - How did U find the ip to which the phone is connected while accessing R-World?

If so then U can prolly find the authentication used in the headers too while sending mail/SMS/MMS ?

Code,

You can get the ip of the reliance phone .... by using the phone to dial to the internet and while online.. go to command prompt and type 'ipconfig'

you will get the ip of the phone.....

haah :clap:

he says R-World and u are supposing it to be R-Connect

both are not the same.

even i had done some R&D and the way i used to get the IP addressed is by

using POP3 Client on the phone, to connect to my PC .
