One of my friend is working in Telecom industry, according to him most of the sale people are having high sale(activation) and revenue pressure this is the main reason for false activation and VAS activation On VAS activation this people just pick random numbers and activate some VAS on the same(mostly pre-paids) Also Revenue pressure is more in Voda and Idea thats why more VAS activation over there, where as new player like DOCOMO is having activation pressure and thus High fake activation for it

Cant be generalized I think I use a prepaid connection having ARPU more than many of the postpaid user I know In my opinion Pospaid user are mostly those ppl who dont want headache of recharging, regarding door to door assistance postpaid user are also charged more than the prepaid customer

I am looking out for a new GSM phone(Budget 15K, can be increased by 3-4K) Right now i m considering LG Optimus(3MP cam,No Flash, but runs Froyo) one and Motorola Quench XT5(5MP cam, flash, No news of Froyo update) Basically I want it for occasional net surfing, music and rarely for camera also planning to activate BSNL 3g to be used in place of lined broadband at home(after 2-3 months) I was also thinking for Nokia C6 and Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 mini pro but they seem to be outdated(reviews are also not that good) Please suggest, Though I was looking for Touch/slide out qwerty but very few handset are there so i wont mind going for a full touch phone

Trai report is also having VLR subscription figure, along with HLR figure.... from that wat i can conclude is almost 10% of Bharti user are fake, where as for Reliance figure is around 35%, and for Tata The figure is almost 52% for Unitech the figure is close to 70%... May be they fake, of because of poor coverage/secondary number they might not be registered at VLR... Who know...
