@axiprash use BP tools method to get diag mode. Like we use with Verizon moto g @girish do you have boost moto g? And flashed Verizon ? Then you need to revert back to boost stock. If its Verizon then stay as it is.

Any one with working stock 4.4.2 from boost moto g? Need a rooted device to pull few partitions from working phone thru adb shell and DD command. No harm for your device, just 20min for pulling files, and if possible upload of those files too. Mainly I need modem partition which is 67mb and after zip 25mb. So any one willing to spare some time and upload few mb.? If not rooted, will root your device . also will reprogram his/her phone for every update .

Drivers for all MOTO G are same, no need for new drivers, you should have Reliance PRL and DATA dump for your phone's meid. Nothing more is required. Just did this two days back, your phone will be rebooting from Home screen or after few min of full boot. This is due to Radio / Modem, I was on same stage while downgrading. even if you install custom rom it will do same. (reboot) you need to flash 4.4.4 modem partition on this. download this partition table updater file :- https://s.basketbuild.com/filedl/devs?dev=SuperR&dl=SuperR/Motorola/falcon/falcon_KXB21.14-L1.57_partition_updater_2.zip put phone in Recovery [twrp] Push this zip file to /sdcard/ , or if you are luck you can get MTP drive for sufficient time. just copy it to phone. Flash using TWRP 2.7.0.0 Or Download this rar file, https://www.dropbox.com/s/5vpu1uj15j48v6x/Boost_4.4.4_390.81.01P.rar?dl=0 which content radio dump from 4.4.4 Extract IMG file and push it to /sdcard/ then using DD command in adb shell you can restore radio partition. ADB shell will work in recovery , you need TWRP 2.7.0.0 for that. here is command for DD from ADB shell. dd if=/sdcard/radio_firmware.img of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/modem

Tried downgrade from 4.4.4 to 4.4.2, everything went fine after trying for 34hrs non stop. But bad new is can't read spc. Sent from my XT1031 using Tapatalk 2

Dear Hitesh Bhai Please help me I have same issue I have also not noted SPC and I do not know SPC in such condition what can i do Please help meRight now there is no easy way to go back to 4.4.2 and also I don't have any solutions for spc on 4.4.4 So wait till apk developer updates its app for 4.4.4. Also as your phone is registered on reliance. You can get your spc from person who did registration. Mostly it was done zero before doing reliance programing. @DK Ji Very true due to this MEID registration issue many people are thinking of porting. Also phone you have selected is very good option below 10k, plus point is you will get updates till 2 year minimum. So android L is sure for your device. ^^^ No other way , you can try custom ROM After doing nandroid backup , just flash any custom tom and u will get 4.4.4, few suggestions are gummy , PA, pa unofficial. But from now on never take official update or load official ROM by fastboot or by RSD lite. This will wipe your data settings. all moto G stock rom works perfectly, must be some settings in assisted dialing or saved number format . if you have your min, you can load any rom available for moto g and after putting correct PRL your calls and sms should work without any issue. but for data you need a data dump or HDR password. without that you cannot get evdo. 1x is possible without dump file. you cannot take this from existing phone. no software is able to read HDR password from phone.

Do not hard reset , you might your self in deeper issues. It is going yo show Verizon for life long, no one can make it show tata. There are methods but not recommend. And dose not make any differences. For sms set your country to India. Also check sending sms with +91 or 0 in starting of number. 1x can be done by your "techie" guy, its not that difficult. if your calls and sms is working , be happy BIS might not possible, TATA // Reliance dont do it normally. you can ask them to start normal data, minimum 1x is possible.

@bablus as you phone was already on reliance, mostly SPC must be 000000, if not you can ask person who did registration. going from 4.3 or from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 will not change your spc. @man-Saturday all moto stock roms are rock solid stable, so nothing big in 4.4.4, as far as dialer is concern, it only shows photos of contacts with the Name. if your contact dose not have photo , it will show starting alphabet like if person name is starting from A, it will show big square A and name at left bottom corner. its is something like below image.

Your current moto g 4.4.2 is debloted that's why these errors are coming with its zip Now You should use 4.4.4 stock rooted zip from above 3 file link. And flash in recovery . use full 400+ MB file. Posted using Moto G on Reliance CDMA

Those link was for people on 4.3 and not for 4.4.2. For 4.4.2 you have taken ota with rooted and gone in bootloop. Now if you have twrp recovery you are very lucky ! If not install it. In twrp advance option you will find file manager. Using that file manager go to catch folder and rename it or move or delete ota zip file. Which should be name something like blur__Version.175.44.1.falcon_cdma.Boost.en.US.zip Boot normally and you are back in 4.4.2. Now you need same zip file. But this time rename it to update.zip and copy it to phone memory. From twrp you can now flash this file. Mumbai RTO is bad **S here, They charge full TAX when coming to their city. dont know about refund from your old city. But here in mumbai , you need to pay full and taxes are much more compare to other cities. if you are staying only for few months, then try to use it as it is.
